Researching on the influence on rainfall run-off by thinning in the Japanese cypress plantation lacking management at the basin of Tsuzura River which is one of the tributaries on the Shimanto in Kochi prefecture once a month or two months, for from three to four days long every time. Data collected while climbing mountain where observation equipment is located.
手入れ不足のヒノキ人工林において間伐が降雨流出に及ぼす効果を研究しています。
調査地域は高知県を流れる四万十川の支流にひとつである葛籠川流域です。
調査の頻度は1か月から2カ月に一度で，一回につき3,4日程度の期間で実施しています。
観測機器を山の中に設置しているため，毎回，山登りをしながらデータ回収を行っています。
