Application form requires the following information:

Principal researcher (Applicant)

• Nationality
• Country where the institution is located.
• Name
• Institution and department
• Job Position (Grade for ph.D students)
• Postal corde and Address of Instituion 
• Age
• Legal gender
• ORCID
• Whether you plan to use the ERAN sample and data archive.
• *Please check the box for doctoral student or researcher

Your supervisor (If you are a doctoral student)

• Name
• Institution
• E-mail

Select your categories

1. Researchers or Ph. D students affiliated with Japanease universities out of ERAN institutions, who are under 35 on April 1, 2026）
2. Priority

4. Within ERAN　※Only ERAN host researchers are eligible to apply.

• Subject of Proposed Research Project
• Research field of the project
• The purpose of the research (within 200 words)
• The research plan (within 200 words)
• Expected Results (within 200 words)
• Confirmation of budget execution
• *Please check the box that you agree the budget is governed by the accounting finance office of the host researcher’ institution
