How to submit Data to DOIENVRAD
Welcome to the DOIENVRAD data site. Any data from earth sciences regarding with environmental radioactivity are accepted. We highly appreciate you to archive and publish your data with DOIENVRAD. We will publish your data with DOI under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.

How to publish datasets with DOI from a publisher “CRiED at University of Tsukuba” as doi:10.34355/xxxxx.000zzz

Step 1: initial contact
Please contact us with your family name and first name, short data description/abstract, your ORCID or alternative ID number, and your contact e-mail address as in a text in your e-mail.
The subject of your contact e-mail should be "publish datasets with DOI”.

Before you send this information to the publisher, you need to agree that “Data Publishing site of CRiED, Tsukuba University is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License”. For a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License, please refer a site below.

Step 2: Allocate DOI tentatively
We will allocate a DOI for your dataset tentatively to proceed with publication.
In a doi:10.34355/xxxxx.000zzz, zzz should be a sequential number in the publisher we allocate you. As a default, xxxxx is CRiED.U.Tsukuba, it is however if you want to put your own suffix here, please let us know. We will discuss about suffix before publish your data.
The publisher already has several suffixes as shown below.

Step 3: Preparation of files
Please prepare files of dataset, metadata and format description following sample files. If you have questions during your work, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are happy to assist you.
In case you want to add a document for your dataset in the zip file for users, it is also welcome.
We also ask you to prepare a graphic abstract of your dataset. Although this graphic abstract is not mandatory, but we encourage you to submit your graphic abstract with your dataset. If you provide a graphic abstract, it will have appeared a web page of metadata of your dataset in our publication site.
We will let you know e-mail addresses to whom you send your files of dataset, metadata and format description, and a graphic abstract if you desire to send it.
Step 4: Review processes
We will examine the contents of the files you sent us and finalize the format and contents of them. We also create a ris format file for EndNote and some other biography software.
We will send a zip file that contains at least four files, metadata, format description, dataset and a ris format file for your review before publication. Additional documents will be included if you want to add the dataset.
Step 5: Register and publish your dataset
After review processes completed, we will register a DOI number to the world DOI center with an URL of your dataset and open a web page for your dataset.
People around the world now can view, download, and use your dataset for a variety of research and other purposes.

Published data are fully citable and can be cross-referenced with journal articles because all data in DOIENVRAD will be published under a DOIENVRAD can be used free of charge.
