| Abstract | This is a data set of suspended 134Cs and 137Cs concentration in rivers located within 80 km of the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant, measured by Fukushima Prefectural Centre for Environmental Creation. Suspended solids (SS) samplers were installed at 28 river monitoring sites, and SS samples were collected every few months (113 days on average). The samples were dried at 110°C for 24 hours using an oven until October 2017, and from November 2017 onwards, the samples were dried for 24 to 48 hours using a freeze-dryer. The concentrations of 134Cs and 137Cs were measured with a germanium semiconductor detector. All data are decay corrected on the sample collection date.
