AbstractThis dataset is 0.5-yr median values of 137Cs activity concentrations in the surface seawater in the each box in the global ocean. The global ocean was divided into the 37 boxes. The original data used in this dataset is already published as doi: 10.34355/CRiED.U.TSUKUBA.00085 and Baily du Bois, P. et al (2020, doi.org/10.3390/w12061667).

The 0.5-yr median data in each box is also depicted in the Figure (Inomata and Aoyama, 2022, doi:10.34355/Ki-net.KANAZAWA-U.00150). The 137Cs data in each box was analysed in Inomata et al. (2022).
