AbstractThis dataset presents a comprehensive collection of 31,526 hourly salinity and seawater temperature observations gathered at the Noto center for Fisheries Science and Technology from February 25, 2021, to September 30, 2024. Salinity measurements were taken at depth of 0.5m and seawater temperature measurements were taken at three depths (0.5 m, 5.0 m, and 7.5 m) using high-precision instruments. The dataset offers a valuable resource for researchers worldwide to investigate seasonal variations, climate change impacts, and oceanographic processes in the Noto region and adjacent seas.
