AbstractThis dataset consists of tritium concentrations, hydrogen and oxygen isotope compositions, and major ion components for monthly precipitation in Nishihara Town during 2014–2019. Tritium concentration in the precipitation ranged from 0.05 to 0.27 Bq/L .
