AbstractThis dataset consists of 110 records of nitrate, nitrite, silicate and phosphate concentrations in produced and provided certified reference material/reference material since 1995. Since 2011 after lot# BU, certification was done by the Japan Agency for Marine-Earth Science and Technology (JAMSTEC) and KANSO TECHNOS jointly. Before 2010, certifying or assigning nutrients concentration was done by KANSO only. In parallel, JAMSTEC measured nutrients concentration of RMs from 2003. The results are published as Aoyama, M., Y.Arii and T. Sone, A dataset of measured concentrations of nutrients CRM/RM by the Japan Agency for Marine-Earth Science and Technology (JAMSTEC) and Marine Works Japan (MWJ) since 2003. DOI: 10.17596/0002219. The concentrations of lot# AQ and those of the lots before AQ were already published in Comparability of nutrients in the world's ocean edited by Aoyama et al., 2009 ISBN: 978-4990486303. The unit of concentration in the previous article was micro mol kg-1, but it was wrong and the unit was micro mol L-1. In this dataset, we corrected this and concentrations in this dataset are expressed in terms of micro mol kg-1, except noticed. the certificate of CRM since lot# BU are also available at http://www.kanso.co.jp/eng/production/available_lots.html accessed on 26 Feb 2022.
